“Contra Margum” Association, together with our friends from the company for making furniture “Trijas Enterijeri” from Smederevo, donated materials to “Jovan Jovanović Zmaj” Primary School students for making fridge magnets which were sold at the New Year’s Fundraising Art Show of the Student’s Parliaments held at the Cultural Centre Kovin on 17th December 2024 and the Traditional New Year’s Fundraising Art Show held on 23rd December 2024 at “Jovan Jovanović Zmaj” Primary School.
Students of “Jovan Jovanović Zmaj” Primary School were painting wooden plates and stuck magnets at the back during their Technics and Technology classes with the help of their teachers, Vesna Stojanović and Jovana Vujović Krivošić. They made over a hundred unique masterpieces of our young neighbours, which quickly sold out at these events. The amounts raised at these events will be used for charity purposes, one of which will be covering the costs of a school trip for those students whose parents are unable to afford it. We are pleased to have supported these events and we hope that in 2025 we will extend our activities to other schools and institutions that provide education for our young neighbours.
